Kristianstad University

Institution Overview

The university is located in southern Sweden. It was established in 1977 but traces its origins back to a teacher training program from 1835.

The town where the university is located is small but historic, founded in the 1600s. Here, you can enjoy locally produced food, historical architecture, and a variety of sports and cultural events. Beaches and the blue sea are just 20 minutes away from the student campus.

Although a relatively young university, its Bachelor’s program in Business Administration has ranked among the top three in Sweden by the Swedish Higher Education Authority since 2012.
